Returns Policy
Order Changes or Cancellations
Unfortunately, as we begin fulfilling orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to change, edit, or cancel an order after it has been placed.
If a mistake was made during checkout, you may request a return if your order complies with our return policy (excluding hijabs, undercaps, and sale items).
We only accept returns, we DO NOT offer exchanges.
Final Sales
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Final sale items or items bought during promotional sales/seasons. All discounted items are FINAL SALES.
We do NOT under any circumstance accept returns on hijabs and undercaps for hygiene reasons.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. If your order arrived damaged or defective, you will also have 14 days after receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be :
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the returned product does not meet these standards, we have a right to refuse the return. Please do not return an item without arranging a return with us. If you do, we will be forced to reject the return.
Return Fees
All Orders of £50 or over are eligible for Free Returns.
If an order is less than £50, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returns. If your return is accepted, we strongly suggest using tracked postage to ensure returns are successfully delivered, we are not liable nor responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
