Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We are currently only accepting orders from the UK. We will soon be expanding to accept international orders.

All UK orders are posted Via Royal Mail or DPD.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on All Orders. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.

Tracking Numbers will be provided via email. 

Change of Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided address is correct.

In the scenario an incorrect address is provided, then the buyer is held responsible. Faay is not liable to provide a refund unless the goods are returned.
