Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
All UK orders are posted Via Royal Mail or DPD.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on All Orders. Standard delivery takes 3 - 5 working days to be delivered.
Tracking Numbers will be provided via email.
International shipping (Europe)
Shipping for European countries, standard deliveries, will take 2 - 11 working days to be delivered. We currently only ship to 24 European countries and will be adding more as time goes on.
Orders over £100 (€115.48) qualify for free standard delivery.
International shipping (United States and Canada)
We offer standard delivery for US and Canada deliveries. Shipping to these regions takes 3 - 15 working days to be delivered.
International shipping (Asia)
We offer standard delivery for some countries in Asia. Shipping to these regions takes 3 - 15 working days to be delivered.
We plan to expand shipping to additional Asian regions in the future.
International shipping (Australia and New Zealand)
We offer standard delivery for Australia and New Zealand. Shipping to these regions takes 3 - 15 working days to be delivered.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and may vary depending on your location and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
All orders, international & domestic, are shipped on the same day we receive the order. If not, it will be fulfilled the next business day. We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible!
Please keep in mind this schedule does not include public holidays! Our courier does not collect or deliver mail on UK public or bank holidays.
Change of Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided address is correct.
In the scenario an incorrect address is provided, then the buyer is held responsible. Faay is not liable to provide a refund unless the goods are returned.
